My complaint:
I have recently switched brands and am not very happy with the results. I have come across a few cigarettes from a 100 pack which seem to have the stem spiralling up the cigarette rendering them unsmokeable.
In this time of Covid 19 I did not receive a receipt but i do have pictures.
Please advise.
Suggested solution:
I would like an explanation to the quality control and a refund or replacement for the lost cigarettes.
