My complaint:
Hi jps team,
I have been buying your product for quite a few years up to 3 packets of jps endless red 25g tobacco a week and over the years the debre has gotten worse and you 25g estimated is starting to getting quite off the mark even up to 5 grams.
Today I rolled 10 smokes and this is what I got.
Suggested solution:
What ever you think is fair I'm more about getting back to a more quality product then reimbursement I don't always think a company should have to pay out rather making the efforts to a more quality product and more questions more then happy to have a chat.
I live in Australia 61 484 356 007 is my number if you would like to chat further I'm always happy for a friendly chat not nice when people are screaming and yelling I like to be civilised.
