My complaint:
I have just had 3 cigarettes in the one packet that the butt paper hasn’t been gluedstuck down properly and it sucks air and the cigarettes taste weaker. Gotta have another smoke to get out of it what I wanted. If this was the first packet that it happened to me I wouldn’t complain but as this is about the 4th-5th packet with numerous cigarettes unsmokable I thought Id send a complaint through to see if you could fix. Really annoying when you pay a small fortune for something and as far as I’m concerned it’s broken.
Suggested solution:
Fix it first of all and then replace or reimburse the customer. That’s all I want. Not looking for any compensation over or above what I’m owed however it would be greatly appreciated if you went above and beyond to keep your long serving customers happy. If it’s not fixed and I keep buying non smokable cigarettes I will have to look into changing brands.
