My complaint:
I started smoking jps players bright blue years ago. I cant get out much as i am disabled and must depend on other people getting them for me when shopping although this has happened to me as well, you go to the cigarette counter in any of the stores and ask for 20 jpsplayers bright blue (now known as bright as you changed the name )and nearly every time the assistant tries to give me the wrong kind. This happens frequently. So when others shop for me i end up with the wrong ones.
My daughter went yesterday and was only allowed three packets of cigarettes due to the current crisis. Brought them home and instead of being bright they are bright crushball!!!
Suggested solution:
Could someone possibly look at the names of the branding and try and use different names instead of them being very similar to other brands and also too similar within its own brand. No wonder most of the shop assistants get it wrong so often. So frustrating, its as if jps players have put no effort into this at all and its not as if they are a cheap vice, thank you
