John Player Cigarettes complaint: Cigs either going out or lit end falling off

My complaint:

I have bought 2 packets of jps real red, they either go out or the end drops off , this is the first time this has happened to me.

Suggested solution:

However they seem fit but its not good when lite end falls off and burns floor etc
