My complaint:
The last 5 packs of smokes i bought have literally been falling apart at the filter . I go to knock my ashes off and the tube of tobacco just falls off. It is very frustrating and costly
Suggested solution:
I am not sure replacing them would be a good start. And maybe a little higher quality control as in most places now you have to smoke outdoors now so when they fall apart they are hitting the ground hard to deal with that.
