My complaint:
Opened up a new pack of John Players Rich smokes which is our brand and not impressed when the smoke came apart from the filter and it fell on my foot and burnt me. Not impressed, also sticks in the smokes or you go to flick your ashes and the cherry comes off.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back which i pay $22.23 for a pack or send me a free pack.
