My complaint:
I bought a carton of JP rich regular from the tyndinaga reserve and when I got home and opened them up, every single pack was crushed. Almost every smoke in those packs fell apart, didnt burn properly or had the cherry fall out and burn myself as well as surfaces.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate having the carton replaced.
