My complaint:
I purchased 2 of the ZTech alarm clocks with Bluetooth and air purifier. The directions are impossible to understand to do anything but set the clock time and alarm. Not even intuitive. I could only find this item on-line at Newegg but it was out of stock and so there seems to be no information available to better understand how to use all of the features. When Jill said this was easy to use, she should’ve tried to program one herself, I think.

I completely agree with your complaint. I bought the same clock and can’t make heads or tails of the instructions and can’t find any help online. Really disappointed in the Today Show for leading me to believe this was so great.

The Today show should be ashamed of themselves for recommending this POS. Not only ate the instructions awful, but there are so many spelling errors it makes me think it was written in another language. Can’t even fight out how to change it from military to regular time
I bought the clock also & can’t figure out how to use it. I can’t seem also to find where we can try and return it. Can anyone else?
Also very disappointed. Have figured out a few things, but it is a piece of junk. And the soothing sounds are birds chirping loud, dogs barking their heads off and playground noise. I finally found a decent rain sound, but it goes silent about every 20 seconds??? What is up with that??? Really have severe doubts that it will purify any air. Which is the main reason I bought it.

I totally agree, instructions are impossible and there is no way to return it. VERY disappointed with Jill Martin, Today Show and Steals and Deals. I will never buy another thing from them.
