My complaint:
They gave a bogus tracking number UPS and said it was delivered another lie also after I paid then it shows no-refunds they do not tell you before you put out money and the tracking number they gave me is 127R5W37YW61044958 AND SAID IT WENT TO USPS WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER this was suppose to be a CHRISTMAS gift I think the Today show should check these companies that come from over sees it was suppose to be $48.00 dollars but by they got through with shipping it was over sixty dollars my ORDER NUMBER ON THIS IS NBC978074 i EVEN TRIED CALLING THE TODAY SHOW BUT SHE COULD NOT HELP ME SINCERELY, Patti parks

Find out if my order was really shipped if so find it or give me my money back I am 77 years old and on a fixed budget they should not do business with this company or let the consumer know before u pay know refunds when showing there products
