My complaint:
Your Wauconda Jewel-Osco has gone totally in the toilet, since your company has put this very incompetent person in charge. The store was WAY BETTER about 2 years ago. GREAT employees leaving all the time. No help thru out the store shelves empty DO NOT SAY COVID! Other stores,NOT JEWELS,had product. Your company has NEVER cared about good help.

Fire BILL and get a real manager and get good help, by paying them better wages and showing them respect! Yes, RESPECT!
