My complaint:
The cost of people actually steeling from your stores are much higher then having Security in your stores. 3 out about 8 times I witnessed people stealing and mostly it’s Liquor. Today I decided to go to your Franklin Pk store and witnessed a man pulling a shopping bag out of his back pocket and then proceeding to put 3 bottles of alcohol in the bag and started walking out. When I approached him and asked him if he was gonna par for that, he showed me a wrinkled up receipt. I ask 2 employees to call security and they looked at me like I was crazy. This same crap I witnessed at the Melrose Pk Store. I just can’t believe that getting rid of security was cheaper then having Assholes steal from you. Your actually loosing $$
