My complaint:
IM A WORKER THAT RECENTLY JUST WALKED OUT THE DELI MANAGER DOESNT PROVIDE THE CLEANING SUPPLIES TOO MAINTAIN THE KITCHEN AREA . I STARTED WORKING THERE ABOUT LAST MONTH I KNEW I WAS BEING SET UP FOR FAILURE CAUSE I WAS SUPPOSE TOO GO TOO THE MEAT DEPARTMENT BUT INSTEAD I END UP IN DELI BECAUSE THE DELI ,MANAGER ANGELA WAS COMPLAINTING ABOUT HOW PEOPLE WASNT DOING A Far JOB THERE SO I TOOK THE POSITON EVEN THOUGH IKNEW IT WAS A SET UP FOR FAILURE . I REALIZE THE REASON THEY CANT KEEP PEOPLE IN THE DEPARTMENT IS BECAUSE THE MANAGER ANGELA FAILS TOO APPLY TOO HER ROLE AND SHE FAILS ON COMMUNICATION.
ITS NOT FAIR FOR ANYONE TOO GO THROUGH THAT I WAS FORCED OUT WELL 92020 I WALKED OFF I CALL MYSELF COMMUNICATING LETTING HER KNOW SITAUTIONS AND SHE TOOK IT TOO ANOTHER LEVEL MY FATHER WORKS THERE SO SHE FEED HIM LIES AND ITS RIDICLOUS BECAUSE SHE AFRAID TOO HANDLE HER DUTIES AS A MANAGER KEEPING HER THERE AT THAT STORE GONNA BE CONSTANTLY PEOPLE GETTING HIRED AND PEOPLE QUITTING AND THATS SAD

WHEN I MADE A COMPLAINT SHE SHOULD HAD SET HIM DOWN OR SET BOTH OF US DOWN AND FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON INSTEAD OF PENDING IT OFF ON SOMEBODY THAT JUST ONLY BEEN THERE FOR A MONTH IF IM COMMUNICATING AND TRYING TOO FIX PROBLEMS HOW DO I BECOME THE PROBLEM OF THE SITUATION THAT DONT MAKE SINCE. SINCE I BEEN THERE I SEEN PEOPLE QUIT AND NOW I KNOW WHY YOU GUYS WILL NEVER KEEP ANYONE IN THAT DEPARTMENT FOR A LONG TIME WITH THAT BAD MANAGMENT GOING ON
