My complaint:
While waiting in line to check out with one item, the customer in front of me had 5 items. Lydia, the Jewel employee, stopped after entering each item and had a lengthy conversation in Spanish. After listening for more than 4 minutes I realized they were talking about shrimp recipes. The customer had no shrimp. By this time, the line was 5 people deep and they had no respect for other customers. When I mentioned this to Lydia she totally ignored me like she didn’t understand what I was saying. She knew! Not acceptable!!!
Suggested solution:
Re train Lydia about customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
