My complaint:
On 051721 at 1:30pm cst. I went to the section of chef kitchen I ordered Mondays special 2 fried 8 pieces and I requested 12 spicy wing dings. The young African American man put 7 wing dings in the bag. I believe I was charged $3.80 for 7 wing dings. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I did not want to open the sealed bag in the store due to customers standing around. I was upset but I let it alone. I did not want to come back out in traffic to address it. Employees need to do more listening rather than having side conversations with other employees.

Some coaching is definitely necessary
