My complaint:
I had a raincheck for Entenmanns individual pound cakes buy 1 get 1 free so when I got to the register I asked the woman to help me or to get me a manager so the cashier Danny came it happened on 2822 at 13:7 time, so he said to me at first he couldn’t do it they have to b the same item so I asked him to substitute he said they don’t do that I told him other jewels do he the lady said to me than go back to your jewels were u got your raincheck cause h
They said not all jewels carry the same things so,ok but they r telling me to go to my jewels I said y all of a sudden u giving me a hard time the woman working by the self check out interferes said go to your jewels I was paying by the self checkout I don’t think it’s the correct way to treat a customer in that matter I’ve done retail it’s best to make a customer happy to keep coming back I had already gone to so many jewels, I’m going to let a customer get their entenmanns of same value not argue ,customers r all ways right ,but I think they shouldn’t b telling me to go back to my Jewel ,they r not the owner’s that is so very wrong, I hope they don’t keep treating other people the way the did to me a concern I was a little angry .,I thank you for listening to me Olga Rodriguez312 316 8737 thank u again
