My complaint:
I was at store 3491 and noticed there were multiple shoppers without masks. I went to the service desk to ask if there was something they could do about it. She said no that some people had medical conditions. Your sign on the store clearly states that all people must wear masks inside your store. It does not have any exceptions. I will not be shopping at that jewel.
Suggested solution:
Addressed the shoppers without masks and asked them to leave, because it violated store policy.
