My complaint:

I have been going to this store 2 to 3 times a month for over 5 years and have spent THOUSANDS of $$$ – I am handicapped and was leaving after checking out – I pushed the handicapped door button and was waiting for the door to open – as it did I proceeded to exit when a young man – who cares what race – came storming in and pushed past me which threw me off balance and I fell backward to the ground. He then grabbed my arm to pull me up hard and it hurt – I told him not to touch me and he walked off – THEN a security guard – NO MASK – came and asked if I needed an ambulance – I said did you just see what that man did and you are letting him just walk away – He proceeded to walk away and say LOUD enough to hear If you need an ambulance then FG call one yourself! I asked for his name and he would NOT give it to – I asked for the store manager – WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE WITHOUT MY ASKING – keep in mind I am STILL on the floor -he finally came over and I explained what happened and where is that guy and what the security guard said and he could have given a rats you know what – by this time I am pretty upset and just go outside to collect myself after the cart guy helped me up – which I needed to ask for by the way – and as I was outside I saw the security guard come out with a customer and they were chatting, laughing and commenting about ME – he was smoking right by the door and saying what a whiny fggot I was being and toughen up -just laughing at me – instead of going right to him – I decided to calm down and go back in and ask to speak to the manager – Jay Patel was on his name tag – he kept interrupting me which is not CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 – Let the upset guest SPEAK or you will escalate their temper – he told me I was wrong – I told him he did not witness what happened – he said I watched the tape – I said then you saw the young man plow past me – he said yes and I was stunned just stunned that he would NOT acknowledge that I was the one who was hurt here – I was treated like it was MY FAULT – he would NOT give me the 3rd party security firm that they use for the store. He had SUCH an attitude with me and keep in mind – I am banged up – hurting – and crying my eyes out – This is just unbelievable how I was treated – inappropriate the way I was spoken to and I felt brushed off like no one could care at all. I left in tears but the lady behind the counter gave me the corporate to call but I was disconnected 3 times and on the 4th call it just kept ringing – at a loss for words for this whole experience – I will say TWO THINGS – 1: Why would they not keep the man who ran thru me to speak to about going in a HANDICAPPED door – they just let him go 2: The manager just took this security guards word for it – he said she said BS is wrong – if he looked at the tape then he would KNOW I was wronged by this incident – I am thinking about contacting someone about discrimination – and for that security guard to speak and laugh about me…well I can’t curse but you can imagine what I’d like to say right now.

Suggested solution:

No Clue as I doubt no one will do anything
