My complaint:
The store management at this location is horrible. Recently the manager was at the register and checking me out. She was disciplining an employee. How unprofessional. My biggest complaint is that the carts are never sanitized and there are no sanitation supplies at the door to sanitize the carts ourselves. Recently there were no carts available in the store at all. I try to avoid the store as much as possible, but it is the most convenient. I dont understand that a store the size of Costco is so sanitary and this small Jewell is not.
