My complaint:

SINCE MOVING TO BARTLETT IL I HAVE MADE THE CAROL STREAM MY GO TO STORE. IN 15 YEARS THIS STORE HAS STEADILY GONE DOWN HILL. CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY HARD TO FIND, IT SEEMS THEY HAVE TOO MANY OTHER JOBS TO DO OTHER THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WOMAN’S BATHROOM IS SHORT OF BEING A SERVICE STATION BATHROOM. TOILET PAPER IS NEVER IN THE HOLDER. YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE GIANT ROLLS OF PAPER. AND SOME GENIUS MADE THE LOCK ON THE HANDICAP UNIT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR. THE SOAP DISPENSER IS BARELY HANGING ON THE WALL.
i TRIED TO USE A REWARD TO PURCHASE TWO CANS OF PINTO BEANS BUT WAS TOLD BEANS ARE NOT CONSIDERED A VEGETABLE AS PART OF THE VEGETABLE REWARD. SINCE WHEN ARE BEANS NOT A VEGETABLE.
I USE THE SELF FILL WATER MACHINE. TWO TIMES IN THE LAST SIX WEEKS THIS MACHINE HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE. NOW I HAVE TO BRING THE EMPTY CONTAINERS BACK TO MY CAR. AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK OR MORE I HAVE TO TAKE MY RECEIPT BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THE JUST 4 U DIDN’T GIVE ME THE DEAL. I’M 86 YRS OLD AND FIND ALL THESE LITTLE ITEMS ARE GIVING ME CAUSE TO LEAVE JEWEL FOR ANOTHER FRIENDLIER STORE

GET SOMETHING DONE ABOUT UPDATING THIS STORE. AS FAR AS I KNOW THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY IMPROVEMENTS SINCE2004.
