My complaint:
I was at Jewel store in the deli department wanting to buy fresh salad an meat. Well I was the only customer there but I asked them should I take a number. The lady behind the counter said yes. Well I waited and waited and no one called my number. A caucasian lady came up to the counter and someone ask her right away May I help you. The kind lady said no she was here before me (looking at me) . First why did I have to take a number when nobody was there. Next why did I still have to wait. I think the people that work behind the deli counter should take cultural diverse sensitivity classes or be fired. Oh did I say I am a 59 year old African American woman.

Recommendations: The whole store probably need to take Cultural diversity sensitivity classes. Please make sure the people behind the delicatessen counter definitely need a workshop or staff meeting on this.
