My complaint:
Flyer said celebrate Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21st. I went to buy lobster tails, meat depart said they were gone. Went to female, brunette to ask for a rain check. She said, can’t you read “no rain checks because of COVID-19.” Not nice to talk like that. No, I am sorry! Why did you allow people to buy 10 lobster tails? Very disappointed. I wish I didn’t buy the items I did today. I think Jewel used lobster tails to get customers in there store. Jewel was called “Jewel the Friendly Store.” This store is no longer that kind of store.
Suggested solution:
Give me some lobster tails free.
Get nicer customer service people.
