My complaint:
placed and paid for an online order for 2 sandwiches.total time from placing order to receiving order was 62 minutes.as i am a disabled person my fiance went to pick up the sandwiches.he waited in the lobby for 44 minutes during which time not only were other online orders fulfilled but new customers came in,ordered and received their orders and left.i called the store to put in a complaint and the employee,Mitchell,told me i was lying and hung up on me.the phone was then taken off the hook for the remainder of the business day and you only got a busy tone.there is no customer service hotline whatsoever.the only employees i was able to speak to were oversees in the ordering department.they ed the phone was taken off the hook but could not help any further.my fiance then drove all the way back to the store in an effort to confront Mitchell about the bad service and subsequent misconduct he performed by not handling the complaint professionally,he furthered his unprofessionalism and stated he didnt care.i am at a loss with this situation.not only was there bad service,but complaints were not taken seriously,and there is no one in cooperate you can contact about the situation.how is this place still in business?it shouldnt be
