JenCare complaint: Unorganized and inconsiderate to the patients

My complaint:

I started with Jencare and was seeing a Dr. , 3 weeks later he left the practice. That was in January or February of 2022. To this day I have not been able to see a new doctor ( June 3rd 2022). I saw a temporary doctor in April and got my prescriptions refilled. Called to get my prescriptions refilled again and again no help. I do not recommend this place to anyone who really needs to see a doctor any time soon. It takes at least a month or longer to get to see one. Also the website says they have other doctors in house that help with other problems but they don’t. The people answering the phone tell you that they will get back to you but never do.

Suggested solution:

The hole place needs to be investigated from top to bottom. The people answering the phones to the doctors and nurses. And who is running this place? Not doing there job.
