My complaint:
The customer service rep was rude and condescending during my conversation. She spoke with an attitude throughout most of the conversation.
She impressed upon me that she was doing me a favor by giving me her info. What she failed to understand is that I was a prospective customer, bringing money to the business.
However, because of her nastiness, and like she said, and I quote, I am corporate. I control everything. Well, if that is true then Jencare will never have my business.
And, she has a terrible voice, hard to listen to.Yuk!
