My complaint:
I was refused medical attention and told that I had to go to another location, I then called that location and they told me that I was still a patient’s there but no one at the westend would talk to me so I went to Grady Hospital instead. I have been overlooked twice and now I have been trying to get a mammogram since January and it is now almost July.
I had a appointment for last month at East point but it was cancelled and have yet been rescheduled.
I am not happy at all with Jencare.
Suggested solution:
I just want someone to know about the service we are given and how they are losing patients because I will be going back to Grady.
