My complaint:

I had purchased two products of JBL headphones from its official website, one is wireless headphones and the other one is wired headphones. For wireless headphones it showed me Paytm cashback of 1000 rupees that is why I bought. I never got the cashback and for the wired headphones I got martial arts belt delivered instead of headphones. JBL is manufacturing karate belts also?? I never knew!! I have send multiple emails, they will call back in 3-5 days and they will say respective team will contact me, but no one will call, this happened for 3-4 months after delivery and after that they said, now it’s corona pandemic we will resolve your issue after corona. It has been more than 8 months and no reply to emails nor I didn’t get any calls. Worst toll free number always make you wait for long and finally it will get disconnected. JBL Harman international is cheating on there customers in the name of offers!! Flipkart and Amazon was better place than JBL website.

Amount Refund-600 rupees, cashback amount-1000 rupees and charges for mental agony-1500 rupees. 3100 rupees in total.
