My complaint:
My JBL Flip 3 speaker, which was charging on the living room floor, exploded and partially melted. This happened late at night while I was sleeping and was only awaken by the fire alarm smoke detector since there was so much smoke around the entire apartment. It was still hot to the touch and the whole house smelled like burning plastic. There is no damage to the outlet where the plug was connected so this is clearly a product malfunction. This could have ended in a much worse situation.
Suggested solution:
I request a full refund of the speakers cost or provide me with new speakers
