My complaint:
The JBL headphone app is the only way to adjust these earbuds. despite being able to hear the earbuds, the JBL headphone app says that it cannot find my device and because of that, i cant use any of its other features. the JBL tech support guy that i talked to had no resolution and was irritable about my complaint.
Suggested solution:
I want my earbuds to connect to my JBL headphone app, on my android phone. At this time , that is not happening .
