My complaint:
i ordered jbl tune 230nc earbuds from amazone which is a authorised seller of jbl and on receiving the pakage i got a fake airpods inside the jbl packaging with the jbl tune guide book. such a mistake from jbl and amazone was unexpected but this has happened today. i was so excited and was waiting for a long time to order these but on receaving them all my trust for jbl and amazone is gone.
Suggested solution:
i want the item to be replaced or want my money to be refunded.
