My complaint:

I ordered a bunch of food and clearly gave my address and room and I never received my food. Furthermore, I tipped the driver $15.00, and my order was for close to $125, and I’m sitting here with my stomach grumbling, and I can’t even get the restaurant on the phone to resolve this issue.

Suggested solution:

I want my food delivered to me asap ...there should have been no confusion I clearly gave my room .
