My complaint:
I went to my appt today at the dentist department for a wisdom teeth extraction. A receptionist by the name Jelani Houseworth was not very helpful and very rude. I asked if I could cancel my appt and he got a very bad attitude with me telling me to have a seat. He told me this repeatedly and talked as if I was his child. Upset and no longer wanting my surgery done, I decided to leave. I am no longer coming back to a medical clinic that allows their staff to act disrespectful to patients.
Suggested solution:
Train them to improve greatly on customer service and what is not acceptable to ay to patients.
