My complaint:
In April 2021 I was referred to Premier Pain Care for neck and back pain. At the time my only medical insurance was Medicaid. In May of 2021 I was added with extra insurance which is Molina Healthcare Premier Pain Care doesn’t accept this insurance. So I call back to the Hinds Jackson Medical mall for a referral to a doctor who accept this insurance and still I the same clinic and not a new one. I have tried to get this resolve by making several phone calls nothing has happened as of 6222021
Suggested solution:
Referee me to a physician who accepts my medical insurance. All I want is to have some pain relief so I can have a better life.
