My complaint:
Terrible commercial that JH has out by using “buck” to sound like ……
No integrity, professionalism or decency. Would never go to get taxes done there. If they are so negligent with their commercial, how negligent would they be with doing my taxes correctly. Big thumbs down. Poor taste! What audience are they trying to reach? Certainly not decent people.
Suggested solution:
Take the commercial off.
