My complaint:
The recent what the buck Jackson Hewitt commercial has done nothing but make me decide that I will never use their services. They are distasteful, unprofessional, and not funny. This company shows no class, and no concern about what our children hear when that commercial comes on. It’s disgusting and I resent Jackson Hewitt for it.
Suggested solution:
Stop running this commercial and be a little more professional.
