My complaint:
Civilized language??? You want ME to use civilized language! Your commercial is beyond ridiculous and in extremely poor taste. You explain to the littles what they are saying! Your company name will be burned into my brain as not to be trusted and not to do business with!!

Take commercial off the air with an apology for invading my home
