My complaint:
Jackson Hewitt needs to take down their latest “”What the buck” commercial immediately. How any marketing CMO or decision maker at JH would think this spot is appropriate for tv is beyond my comprehension. It’s not cute, it’s not funny. It’s offensive to me as well as my family. And I’d never use JH for any services because of it.
Suggested solution:
Take the spots off the air immediately
I just found this website to comply and / or address things that offend myself as much as others I know.
Now with that said. I will Never use Jackson Hewitt bc of this commercial . If JH hired an outside company to develop this commercial, then they should fire them. Also, fire the JH administration staff that approved it. If it was developed by in-house staff, then all of them need to be escorted out the door NOW.
I agree with the complaints, it is Offensive! Take it down
