My complaint:
Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Over a dozen phone call interpretations. Agent kept loosing her place w me due to constant phone calls of walking people through their job. It took over 90 minutes to get through my taxes. Ridiculous. Still waiting on a document they were supposed to mail out.
Suggested solution:
A refund or partial refund would be amazing. All my documents returned.
