My complaint:
as both an individual and a mother, I find Jackson Hewitt’s current ad campaign to be offensive. Perhaps intended to be a double entendre, it certainly misses the mark with me. I do not want this veiled profanity in my home, let alone having my grandchildren ask me what ‘what the blank means. I personally, will not even consider utilizing their service, as I have been alienated by the crass, offensive material, with an obvious disregard for a large portion of those hearing these ads. I would suggest allowing ads to be presented to a group of conservative, and potential users of JH to give feedback before producing and airing questionable ads.
