My complaint:
The commercial comes on without any advance warning so if there are young children, they hear it. The commercial uses the buck word twice, but the first time is the What the buck? and it sounds exactly like it’s using the F-word. I tried to lodge a complaint with the FCC about this matter, but the questionnaire was very limited in its questions.
Suggested solution:
Jackson Hewitt should remove the commercial and apologize for their stupidity.
