My complaint:
The first ten times I heard the frequently aired Jackson Hewitt commercial where the character says BUCK YEAH, I was shocked that a reputable firm would believe that they have to stoop to that kind of gimmick to attract business. Now I’m plainly disgusted that I have to listen to it over and over again. It sounds amazingly like profanity. I have to listen to that language at work and I DON’T want to listen to it at home on prime time TV. Bad marketing. I have not used Jackson Hewitt before and after their ignorant commercial, I never will.
Suggested solution:
Take their nasty commercial off the air. It’s disgusting.
