My complaint:
The new commercial with the phrase “what the buck” is inappropriate, highly offensive, insulting to the public! Do they think they are cute with this phrase? There is already so much foul language in our world, they don’t need to glamorize the “f” word in this commercial. I believe the add should be pulled and they should apologize to the public for such poor taste in placing this ad. The stations that air it should say NO MORE! How many families with young children hear their child running around saying “what the buck”? I will never use this service!

Pull the ad and apologize!
