My complaint:
I understand that Jackson Hewitt has a target audience of crude, foul mouthed, un-educated people, but that is no reason to subject the rest of us to the gutter language you use to get their business. If What the !$ is the only way you can drum up business then you’ll never get my business. I only patronize businesses that can demonstrate that they are qualified to do my taxes. You fell short of that qualification.
Suggested solution:
Stop running ads that imply filthy language. Show some class.
