My complaint:
This company, besides being totally irresponsible, has absolutely no respect or consideration for TV viewers, current customers, or prospective customers! This what the buck commercial is an affront to decency, and whomever in this company is responsible for deciding this was a good thing should be fired immediately.
Suggested solution:
Remove the commercial
