My complaint:
My husband and I both think Jackson Hewitt has crossed the line to imply that a four letter word used by people who believe it makes them fit in with the up beat way of life is totally offensive. As far as we are concerned, JH could go out of business and we would start the applause. Using foul words in punctuating sentences does NOT show high intelligence.
Suggested solution:
Rethink the way they advertise and not make stupid decisions.
