My complaint:

I did a withdraw of $300.00 and have been getting the run around non stop. I’ve provided bank statements, ID and a screen shot of my original deposit and everyday I’m getting more excuses. I am unable to email anyone as it says they are not responding to emails due to low capacity so then I go to live chat and get told they will update my information and or that they can’t help me with a withdrawal. I seem to be getting non stop run around for $300.

Suggested solution:

I want me deposit as this is insane for $300
