My complaint:

From the very beginning of my withdrawal process I advised them that the card was not in my name but that of my daughter’s, but was still told to continue with process and that yous would just need extra documents and statements from my daughter. I was told multiple times that confiscation of withdrawal would be extreme measures taken by them and that as long as I sent in required documents etc that had been asked of me everything would be sorted and my winnings be deposited. I have emails, past live chat messages as proof that they mislead me that my withdrawal would be processed and banked once all supporting documents had been reviewed. At absolutely no point in time did they warn me or advise me of confiscating my funds even to this day and there actions in regards to this was very dishonest and dishonourable.

Suggested solution:

By releasing my withdrawal from confiscation plain and simple.

This happened to me too. Made them refund me all the money that id used from my brothers card. I recieved refund yesterday

This is what they are currently doing to me. I sent in all supporting documentation they asked for because the card I used belong to my Brother and now they have had my winnings on hold in review for the past 2 months. All I want is an answer and they can’t give me that. Absolute bullshit!
