My complaint:

I withdrew $625. I then recieved an email asking me to verify my transactions to the site. Which i did. Still i did not get my winnings sent out to me. Then when i was talking with an agent they congratulated me on my winnings. I replied with a thanj you im stoked! Im a single mom so every little bit counts( helps) i then recieved an email stating that there was s concern about my comment about being a single mom and i had to clarify what i meant by my statement. And was informed that my account and monies were locked and on hold until their team reviewed my clarifications.. i still have not heard anythung back…

Suggested solution:

They can resolve it by simply giving ne my money.
