My complaint:

I deposited $600 CAD almost 3 months ago. On the same day, i lost $130.00 and tried to withdraw my remaining $470.00. My pdf banking documents were not approved i then provided further documentation along with ation numbers etc. I have yet to receive my money back and was constantly asked why i did not gamble more or my cash anytime i inquired about my withdrawal status.

By apologizing, compensating me for my time and money i have lost trying to make a simple withdrawal. By returning my remaining $470.00 back to my checking account. The same account i deposited the $600 from.
