My complaint:
I deposited money from my bank account to my partners jackpot city (JPC) account so I could play. When I tried to deposit an error occurred and on the screen it said that there were technical difficulties and to try again later. I did it about five times and checked my bank every time and the money hadn’t been removed. Later I decided to check my account again to see how much I could put into my Skrill account and try to deposit that way. That’s when I noticed my bank account had been deducted for all those “failed” transactions. However, my partners JPC credit hadn’t been increased. I want my money back please as I only ever intend to play between $15 $30 at a time not $100. I can’t use the chat service as they don’t accept screenshots of bank accounts and there is no bank in my small community to retrieve a statement. Please help. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
By giving me a full refund of the amounts deducted from my bank on the 13/09/23 by JPC. Or add the credits to the JPC account so I can withdraw it.
